基于遗传算法的产品拆卸序列规划研究

摘    要:拆卸序列规划(Disassembly Sequence Planning,DSP)是民用飞机维修规划的一个重要内容,也是在设计阶段对民用飞机产品维修性的一个评估.为了能以较高的效率求解出产品拆卸序列的方案,本文首先根据拆卸特点构建了产品拆卸混合图模型.该模型描述了零部件之间的连接关系和优先关系,然后通过分析产生产品的拆卸序列.在此基础上建立目标函数并利用遗传算法的计算速度和灵活性的特点对拆卸序列进行优化.最后,通过一个实例,验证了本文方法的可行性及其计算效率.
