使用高铅航空汽油的航空活塞发动机抖动故障原因初探

摘    要:从国外引进的装用航空活塞发动机的中小型飞机一般要求使用低铅或无铅航空汽油,但国内只有含铅量较高的国产100号航空汽油或含铅量更高的95号航空汽油供应。使用这些汽油后,若发动机使用和维护不当会造成发动机严重积铅,导致发动机空中抖动,影响飞行安全。本文通过对使用高铅航空汽油的Cessna172R机群发生的抖动故障进行分析,初步探讨故障原因,对降低使用高铅燃油的活塞发动机的抖动故障发生率具有一定的帮助。

Abstract:Small and medium size aviation aircraft with piston engine imported from abroad generally requires use of low lead or unleaded aviation gasoline, but only high lead content of domestic-made 140 lead aviation gasoline or even higher lead content of 95 aviation gasoline are supplied in China. By using this gasoline, if the engine is improperly operated and in improper maintenance, it will lead serious engine accumulation of lead, causing engine shake in flight which affects flight safety. Based on the shake analysis of Cessna 172R fleet because of using high'lead aviation gasoline, this paper explores the causes of the fault that provides some help in reducing shake rate to the piston engines with high lead fuel.
