自动铺带成型压力控制技术

摘    要: 通过对自动铺带成型工艺过程的分析,论述自动铺放过程是成型压力作用下预浸带蠕变及回复的连续动态过程。经对预浸带蠕变过程分析,采用分阶段适应性调节铺带头压力的方法保持成型压力恒定,以保证预浸带在铺放后厚度均匀。结合自动铺带CAM软件,提出一种基于铺带轨迹控制点的分段调节铺带头成型压力的控制算法,并采用UMAC (Universal Motion and Automation Controller)控制系统设计相应的控制程序,最终实现成型压力分阶段调节子控制系统的搭建。

Abstract:An analysis of the automatic tape laying (ATL)process reveals that ATL is sequential and dynamic process of creeping and reversion of the prepreg under processing pressure.Based on a discussion of the prepreg creep process,the article proposes that the ATL header pressure be adjusted by stages to maintain a steaty processing pressure and therefore ensure the uniformity of prepreg thickness after the laying up.A control algorithm of the ATL header pressure adjustment by stages is advanced on the ATL path control points combied with the ATL CAM software.Corresponding control programs are designed by means of the universal motion and automation controller (UMAC)system,and a control subsystem for the processing pressure adjustment by stages is finally constructed.
