| 摘 要： | 随着社会的变革，高校保卫工作所面临的形势也发生了深刻变化，依据胡锦涛同志倡导的科学发展观，只有转变观念，改进方法，群策群力，预防为主，用科学安全观指导高校的安全保卫工作，才能保障高校的安全、稳定和各项事业的健康发展。
