| 摘 要： | 研究了回厂电能表表盘数字的自动识别技术,它是回厂电表数字识别系统的关键所在。识别工作在利用CCD镜头进行图像采集后,利用图像处理和模式识别技术自动定位分割图像中的数字区域并实现单个数字的切分,最后实现了电度表显示值快速自动识别。针对500帧现场采集的回厂电表图像,该研究获得了单字正确识别率99.8%和整表正确识别率98.4%的结果,表明该系统具有较强的鲁棒性。

| Abstract: | Automatic recognition technique of numeric character on re-factory meter dial plate is the key problem of meter digit recognition system.After Identification work carried out using CCD camera image acquisition,it is achieved automatic position of the digital region segmented image and a single digit segmentation.Finally it is realized the meter rapid automatic identification.Focus on 500 collected live images of re-factory meter,the digit recognition rate was 99.8% and the meter correct recognition rate was 98.4%.The experiments show that this system is robust. |
