摘    要:为消除某战术导弹发动机扩散段绝热层内表面出现沟槽等缺陷,对缠绕热压罐成型工艺进行了研究。通过分析和试验确定了高硅氧/酚醛预浸布带性能、缠绕张力、缠绕温度和加压时间等工艺参数,以及热压罐固化曲线,并从理论上讨论了成型的缠绕张力、缠绕温度和加压时间等的影响。性能测试结果表明,工艺改进后扩散段绝热层沟槽基本消除,制品性能提高。

Abstract:The technology of autoclave moulding was studied to eliminate the ditches on the inner surface of extendible nozzle exit cone for some tactical missile engine in this paper.The technological parameters such as the performance of high silicone/phenolic resin prepreg tape,winding tension,winding tempreture and pressure opportunity were determined by analysis and experiment,and so was the curing curve of autoclave moulding.The effect of winding tension,winding tempreture and pressure opportunity was discussed in theory.The performance test result showed that the ditches were disappeared after the technology improved,and performance of the product was improved.
