| 摘 要： | 化学工业园区内聚集了众多的化工企业,而且化学工业园区一般建设周期较长,所以建设项目和运行或试运行项目之间相互影响带来了一类特殊的风险。对这类特殊的风险进行了分析,通过一实例解释了此类风险的大小,并针对此类型风险提出了控制措施。

| Abstract: | Most chemical plants gathered in chemical industry park is constructed in a relative long period.So there is special risk existing in chemical industry park building time because of the influence between the project running and the project building.This risk had be analyzed and measured according to a case analyzing in this paper.Some method is suggested to eliminate those risk. |
