摘    要:基于有限元法提出了分两步计算缝制孔应力应变的计算方法。第一步,采用释放密封绳与缝制孔接触点切向自由度的方法,模拟密封线与孔的接触,计算缝制线的拉力。第二步,建立绳与孔的局部接触模型,根据前一步计算得到的缝制线拉力,求解缝制孔周围应力应变。最后给出的数值算例验证了该方法可行性。

Abstract:In this paper,a two step approach which used to calculate the stress and strain of sewing hole is presented.The first step is to calculate the pull of sewing thread with the method of releasing tangent degree of freedom of sewing hole interface.The second step is to establish the contact finite element model of sewing thread and thread hole and calculate the stress and strain of sewing hole.The numerical evaluation verifies the feasibility of the approach.
