流管实验装置传声器阵列的校准方法

摘    要:发展了一种应用于流管实验装置的现场传声器阵列校准方法.该方法利用两支标准传声器的测量结果计算管内声场,然后比对待校准传声器的测量信号得到其灵敏度.与传统校准方法相比,该方法具有实时快速、能提供相位校准等优点.在流管装置上进行实验,用模态匹配方法对校准结果进行校核,显示该校准方法得到的声压与计算结果吻合得更好.使用本方法,利用高精度传声器对低精度传声器进行校准并应用,可有效降低测量实验成本.

Abstract:An in-situ calibration method was developed in this paper.The acoustic pressure data from two calibrated microphones were utilized to calculate the sound field in ducts.Then the sensitivity of every microphone was obtained by comparison of the signal measured by every microphone with the sound field calculated above.The advantage of the current method is that all microphones can be calibrated simultaneously and the phase sensitivities of these microphones are also obtained.A calibration experiment has been conducted on flow impedance test rig(FITR),and the calibration results were compared with those calculated by the mode-matching method,showing a good agreement.Additionally,as every microphone's complex sensitivity can be obtained respectively at different frequencies,low-precision microphones can have better precision by being calibrated using high precision microphones.By using these calibrated microphones,the cost of experiment can be reduced obviously.
