任意转角石英晶片电弹常数的快速计算

摘    要:电弹常数是描述压电材料最重要的常数,压电元器件的设计以其所用压电材料的电弹常数为基础。石英晶体是目前应用最广的压电材料,由于晶体的各向异性,其电弹常数的值随品片的切割方位而变,且通常须用矩阵表示。因此,任意切型和切角的电弹常数计算就变得非常复杂。本文对任意切型的电弹常数归纳了一种简便的计算方法并在微机上编出了相应的程序。通过运行本文工作的程序,即可随时得到任意切型及切角电弹常数的理论值,这样就可为研制和设计工作提洪可靠的理论依据,并节省大量的人工计算时间。

Abstract:Abstract Elastic and piezoelectric constants are very important constants of piezoelectric marterials. The design of piezoelectric units and devices are based on these constants. Now, quartz is one of the most widly using marterials. The property and con-stants of a quartz plate are defined by the cut-mode and cut-angle of the plate, and these constants are always in mat form, so it is very difficult to calculate them. This paper make a point in calculating the elastic-piezoelectric constants of all cut-mode and cut-angle with a simple mathematics method and program in computer.Thus, in our later research and design work, we can get any quartz elastic-piezoelectric constants immediatly as we need.
