| Abstract: | In this paper, the background, significance, concept and characteristic of a spaceborne polarimtetrie scatterometer are introduced. On the basis of which, some issues concerning the system mechanism, the polarimetric working mode and the system isolation degree are addressed. Furthermore, a conceptual system design frame of a spacebome polarimetric scatterometer is presented. |
