| 摘 要： | 文章采用高频仿真器（HFSS）数值模拟了平行偏心同轴波导,得到了偏心度为5%时,同轴波导TE11、TE21和TE31三种模式r和φ方向上的波导内的电场二维分布图,以及平行偏心波导本征值与平行偏心度之间的关系曲线。

| Abstract: | The parallel misalignment coaxial waveguide is simulated by HFSS.When the misalignment angle is 5%,along the direction of r and φ,the 2D field distribution under TE11,TE21 and TE31 mode are getted.And,the relation of eigenvalue and misalignment angle of parallel misalignment waveguide is obtained. |
