| 摘 要： | 飞机制造技术的数字化,装配技术的柔性化是飞机研制的发展方向。为提高飞机装配质量,加快飞机研发周期,降低飞机生产成本,并结合飞机装配现状,提出了以数字化为基础的飞机柔性装配技术是诸多现有关键技术的集成,论述了柔性装配的数字量协调问题、分离面的划分问题及满足柔性连接、定位和夹紧的标准问题在飞机柔性装配技术推广中的重要性。

| Abstract: | Digital aircraft manufacturing technology,flexible assembly technology is the development direction of aircraft manufacture.To improve the quality of aircraft assembly and speed up the aircraft R amp;D cycles,to reduce the cost of aircraft production,combined with aircraft assembly status quo,we propose that aircraft-based flexible assembly technology is the integration of key technologies.In this paper,digital coordination problems,separation problems of flexible division surface,positioning and clamping standards of plane flexible assembly are discussed to promote assembly technology relization. |
