| 摘 要： | 简述了相位法曲面全场无接触三维测量的基本原理，针对为汽车车顶抗凹性能研究而制作的模拟覆盖件的外形测量要求，设计了相位法三维测量的光学成象系统与图象处理系统，并应用到汽车模拟覆盖件的外形测量，测量结果与三坐标所测结果相近，说明了该测量系统的精确性。
