摘    要:以概率断裂力学和可靠性理论为基础,依照美国空军耐久性设计手册所建立的三参数Weibull模型,对飞机结构耐久性试验数据进行分析和处理,并编制了相应的计算软件。软件能够给出裂纹扩展寿命的统计特性,在给定可靠度要求下结构经济寿命的预测、损伤度评估,以及可靠度随时间的变化。最后结合某型号飞机进行了具体分析,分析结果表明,该软件分析结果合理、可靠,具有良好的应用价值和应用前景。

Abstract:The aircraft structure durability test data is analyzed and the corresponding calculation software is developed in the paper based on the probability fracture mechanics and the reliability theory,and according to the Weibull model with three parameters in the US durability design manual.The statistical character of crack program life,the economic life forecast under the reliability requirement,and the damage evaluation,and the reliability variation with life is given by the software.The aircraft structure is analyzed by the software,the result shows that the software is reasonable,reliability and the software has good value and prospect of application.
