| 摘 要： | 高校是培养空乘人员的重要阵地.针对目前高校空乘专业培养中存在着忽视心理素质测评、培养缺乏系统性、服务意识强化不够等问题,提出了录取面试增加心理测评、全方位培养学生能力、强化服务意识等建议.

| Abstract: | Air hosting is a special job and overseas airline companies are recruiting air crew from different perspectives. Higher education is one of the important place to educate air crew. In regard to problems in air crew education like overlooking psychological evaluation, lack of systematicness in training, and less-stressed service awareness, the author offers suggestions like adding psychological evaluation, overall education of students abilities and stressing service awareness. |
