摘    要:针对各种典型的系统,由单元的验后矩推导出准确的系统可靠性的验前矩,在此基础上运用最大熵准则给出了系统可靠性的验前分布的估计,进而根据系统试验数据得出系统的验后分布,运用该分布对系统的可靠性进行评估。仿真结果表明了该算法的简易性和有效性。

Abstract:For different typical system, using the posterior moments of its units reliability distributions, the exact moments of the system reliability distribution are derived, from which an estimation of prior distribution for system reliability is obtained on the basis of the principle of maximum entropy. Then, a posterior distribution function is constructed using the test data at a system level. Therefore, an estimation of the system reliability is obtained from the posterior distribution. The simulation results show that the algorithm is simple and effective.
