摘    要:设计并实现了一种应用于某舰船仿真转台的集散型计算机控制系统,详细叙述了转台控制器的硬件和软件设计。该转台控制器基于DSP TMS320F2407A而设计,集成了信号采集、PWM功率驱动、CAN总线通信等功能。在控制策略上,设计了基于模糊规则切换的模糊-PI复合控制器。实验结果表明,该系统有效地实现了对转台的多自由度实时控制、提高了控制精度和系统的鲁棒稳定性。

Abstract:A type of computer distributed control system was designed for one vessel simulation turntable,the hardware and software designs of turntable controller in the system were introduced in detail. The turntable controller is designed on the basis of DSP TMS320LF2407A, and integrated the functions of signal gathering, PWM power drive, CAN communication. In the point of control, fuzzy-PI compound control method has been adopted. Experiment showed that, the system has realized to the multifreedom degree's real-time control of the simulation turntable, and improved the precision of controlling and robust stabilizability effectively.
