摘    要:针对飞机空调车维修周期长与继电保护状态不易判断等问题,本文采用嵌入式USB主机技术,为飞机空调车提供了方便快捷的继电保护状态数据采集存储途径,并为控制系统控制策略的发展和完善提供了客观充足的数据依据。在飞机空调车运行实验过程中,该数据采集系统运行稳定,数据记录完整、准确。离线数据分析过程中,数据曲线能较好地反映飞机空调车的继电保护状态判断状况。实践证明,在飞机空调车中引入USB主机技术对继电保护状态进行实时数据采集是可行的。

Abstract:Considering the problem of the long maintaining cycle and the difficult judgment of the relay protection status,a convenient method to store and collect data of AUFA(Air-condition Unit For Aircraft) by adopting the embedded USB host technology is proposed,which provides an objective and adequate data basis for developing and perfecting the control strategy of the control system.A steady data collecting and running system and a complete and accurate data record are conformed in the AUFA experiment,and the data curve can show the relay protection status actually in the off-line data analysis.It is proved in practice that it is workable for AUFA to collect the real time data from the relay protection status by adopting USB host technology.
