玻璃熔窑计算机控制的现状和展望

摘    要:玻璃熔制是一个非常复杂的物理变化、化学反应过程,为了获得高质量的玻璃制品,必须要稳定熔窑热工制度,即习惯上称的“四大稳”。为此整个熔制过程控制分为五个系统:窑温控制系统、窑压控制系统、玻璃液面控制系统、燃烧控制系统以及火焰换向控制系统。目前,自动控制技术对提高玻璃熔窑热效率、降低能耗和稳定生产过程的作用,已充分被人们所认识。本文介绍了玻璃熔窑自动控制的现状,归纳并分析了四大类中小规模计算机控制系统在玻璃行业的应用现状,并对玻璃熔密计算机控制的发展方向。提出了一些看法。

Abstract:Glass manufaCture is a compliCated physical and chemical reaction process. In order to obtain high quality glass,we have to stablize the thermal state of the glass smelting buns.The four main thermal parameter must be stablised, so the glass smelting kilns control system usually includes five sub-systems:temperature control sub - system,pressure control sub system, glass level control sub - system, combustion control sub system and fire direction change sub-system. It has been generally accepted by scientists that the application of automation technology to glass industry Can increase the heat efficiency, decrease the 'energy loss and stablize the manufacture process. In this paper,the current states about the automation technology used in glass industry are reviewed' Four main computer control systems which are widely used in glass industry are discussed. Some views are putforward about the trends of computer control in glass industry'
