摘    要:介绍了氩气保护自动堵孔焊技术及其所用设备、换气焊接系统、焊接电源等。同时给出了试样焊接、模拟实样堵焊试样的检测试验数据。介绍了焊接的质量,试验表明,各项数据全部符合设计要求。实践证明,自动堵孔焊技术是完全可行的,其设备稳定可靠,重复性好。

Abstract:The technology and equipment of automatic stop up hole welding with argon gas protection, scavenging welding technique and welding power supply are introduced. At the same time the check and test data of sample welding and simulating practical stop up welding sample are given. The welding quality and each kind of test data all accord with the demands provided by design. The practice proves the feasibility of the automatic welding technique because of its stabi lity and reliability and good repeatability.
