应用振型识别叶片裂纹故障初探

摘    要:给出了一种应用叶片的弯曲振型识别叶片裂纹的方法。假设叶片为无扭曲的矩形等截面悬臂梁,同时将裂纹看成沿叶宽等深度扩展的开口裂纹,最后对应用该法检测叶片裂纹的可行性进行了探讨并提出了建议。

Abstract:A method for distinguishing the position and depth of cracks on the flexural vibration models in a blade is presented.It is assumed that the blade is a nontorsional beam with rectangular cross section,and the open cracks extend through the width of the beam with constant depth.Finally,discussion and suggestion are offered on a diagnostic system of blade cracks
