缝式处理机匣轴向位置对压气机特性影响的机理

摘    要:对轴向倾斜缝处理机匣轴向位置的改变如何影响轴流压气机性能进行了研究.试验与数值结果均表明三个轴向位置的处理机匣均扩宽压气机的稳定工作范围,轴向位置不变时扩稳效果最好,轴向位置后移时效果最差.同时轴向位置前移或后移使压气机等熵效率损害程度降低.通过详细地分析压气机内部流场表明:处理机匣轴向位置后移使叶顶机匣约1/3的轴向...

Abstract:Two investigations were performed for an axial-flow compressor rotor to explore the effects of axial positions of axial skewed slot casing treatment on the rotor performance.The steady operating range of compressor rotor was extended and the compressor efficiency was reduced with all casing treatments in the experimental and numerical investigations.The ability to improve the rotor steady operating range was the best when the axial position of casing treatment was unchanged.The ability was depressed obvious...
