摘    要:飞机副翼拉杆是控制飞机飞行姿态非常重要的执行机构关键部件之一,其能否有效动作是保证飞机安全的重要环节。飞机交付使用后,副翼拉杆很少进行维修维护,但对于高龄飞机,副翼拉杆的结构疲劳可能会引起裂纹隐患,需要对在飞行状态下拉杆特定部位的应力进行测试与分析。文章对某型教练机的副翼拉杆进行了应力水平分析,并构建测量系统,进行了测试验证,为副翼拉杆的疲劳监控提供了证据。

Abstract:Aileron pull-rod is one of the most important components of the actuator in aircraft to control the flight attitude,and whether it acts effectively is also important to guarantee the security of aircraft.Aileron pull-rod is seldom repaired or maintained after the aircraft is put into service,but it is necessary to test and analyze the stress of some specific parts of pull rod as aircraft flying because of the crackle concerns caused by the structural fatigue of aileron pull-rod for some older aircrafts.The ...
