| Abstract: | The development of NC system based on PMAC which has more flexibility in expanding and transplanting is discussed.The software and hardware structure of the NC system are introduced,and the whole process of development of the software of the NC system is described in detail.A real time software control method for look-ahead feed-rate control is used to solve gouging and unconventional mechanical vibration caused by complex tool path in high speed machining. |
