| 摘 要： | 通过对航天某厂生产管理现状的分析,针对该厂计划层控制层相互脱节,生产管理缺乏过程监控手段等问题,提出了面向作业车间的生产调度系统的设计思想,详细介绍了该系统的功能模块以及实现系统的关键技术,并开发了较为实用的生产调度系统.通过图形化的生产计划制定和调整,并基于工作流实时控制和管理从计划下达到成品完工全过程,极大地提高了计划编制效率,实现了对生产过程的规范和监控,以及异常情况的实时反馈和快速响应.
