脉冲爆震发动机旋流式气动阀的设计与实验

摘    要:为了研究大管径吸气式脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)的爆震性能,设计了不同结构的旋流式气动阀,由弯曲叶片构成气动阀推力壁"封闭"平面.开展了气动阀阻力系数实验与工程计算方法研究,不同气动阀的阻力系数差别很大,实验结果与理论计算结果相符.爆震燃烧实验证明,阻力系数较大的气动阀能够产生爆震波,要求气动阀阻力系数大于10,堵塞比大于60%,才能实现PDE的协调工作.从而获得了气动阀设计一般原则与工程计算方法,对于气动阀的优化设计有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to study the air-breathing pulse denotation engine(PDE),whirl aero-valves of different configurations were designed.The "closed" plane of aero-valve thrust wall was constituted by the curved blade.The drag coefficients of different aero-valves were obtained by experimental study and calculation using specific structural parameters,and the distinction of these drag coefficients was widely remarkable,showing consistency with theoretical calculations.The detonation combustion experiments show that the aero-valve with a larger drag coefficient can produce detonation waves,and the pulse detonation engine can achieve coordinated action if the aero-valve drag coefficient is bigger than 10,and blockage ratio more than 60 percent.The design principles and the theoretical calculation method about aero-valve were obtained.These results are very useful for optimal design of aero-valve.
