电压电流双闭环瞬时值控制级联逆变器研究

摘    要:研究了基于倍频载波移相SPWM和电压电流双闭环瞬时值反馈技术的级联逆变器。采用倍频调制技术提高了逆变器的等效开关频率,减少了滤波元件。采用瞬时值控制技术可以加快系统的动态响应和提高非线性负载适应能力。在电流控制环中,用电容电流反馈取代传统的电感电流反馈可以显著提高系统的外特性硬度。仿真和试验验证了电压电流双闭环瞬时值控制级联逆变器具有优良的稳态和动态性能。

Abstract:A cascaded inverter based on frequency-doubling carrier phase shifted SPWM (CPS-SPWM) and instantaneous control technology is studied. By adopting frequency-doubling technology, the equivalent switching frequency of the inverter is increased and the volume of filter can be reduced. Instantane ous control technology can quicken the dynamic response and improve the adaptive capability under nonlinear load conditions. The output characteristic of the in verter can be prominently improved by adopting capacitor-current feedback in th e current loop. Simulation and experimental results validate that the cascaded i nverter based on instantaneous control has good static and dynamic characteristi cs.
