| 摘 要： | 通过对1000MW超超临界锅炉四级过热器出口集箱和主蒸汽管道进行试验研究,发现锅炉管道存在环缝焊接式样不合格的问题.通过对管道SA-335P122材料进行力学性能分析,并结合试验数据,提出了新的工艺流程,采用了新的焊接材料和焊接工艺,通过试验验证了焊接流程的合理性,使产品制造一次合格.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the ultra critical boiler test has been done,and it is found that the welding technique of pipeline is incompetent.The dynamic performance analysis of welding material SA-335P122 was studied.On the basis of the test data,the new technological process was obtained,the new welding material and welding process were applied.the study of welding material,welding method and technique requirement was been done.Through testing the right welding technology was been confirmed.The right welding technology made the production be accepted no rewelding. |
