二维炭/炭复合材料中纤维-树脂体系的研究

摘    要:对三种炭纤维和三种酚醛树脂进行了六各二维层合炭/炭复合材料研制,测试了层同剪切强度和拉伸强度,TCF/FE体系,RCF/RPH体系所制备的二维C/C具有较高的层间剪切强度和拉伸强度,层间强度在16MPA以上,结果表明,二维炭/炭中纤维-树脂体系存在一个最佳配合问题;纤维不约而同的官能团比表面度在界面连接上起重要的作用,树脂的选择还要结合其结构表进行。

Abstract:Six kinds of two dimensional laminated C/C composites were fabricated with 3 groups of carbon fibers and 3 groups of phenolic resins,their interlaminar shear strength(ILSS) and tensile strength were tested.Two dimensional C/C composites from TCF/FB and RCF/RPh behave higher ILSS and tensile strength.The ILSS is above 16MPa.There exists a optimum matching between fibers and resins.Functional groups on fiber surface other than fiber surface roughness play a more important role in interface bonding.Resin structure is another principle of choice for 2D C/C.
