摘    要:
为节省航空公司运行成本开支,通过以燃油成本最小、时间成本最小、机场起降费用成本最小为目标函数,以飞机最大航程限制、机场起降条件限制、航班频率限制、旅客座次限制、飞机可用时间限制等为约束条件,建立多目标规划模型。通过实例计算,确定机队优化配置方案,验证了模型的正确性,为航空公司机队规划提供了参考。

Abstract:
In order to save airlines operating costs,in this article,a multi-objective programming model is established with the objective functions of minimum fuel cost,time cost minimum,airport landing charges minimum. Considering the restrictions of the aircraft 's maximum range limit, airport takeoff and landing conditions limit,flight frequency limit,passenger seating limit,aircraft available time limit,etc. Through example calculation,determine the fleet optimized configuration scheme,proved the accurate of the mod-el. This model provides the reference for the airline fleet planning.
