| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种大型宇航容器环向焊缝适应控制TIG自动焊接系统的设计方案。该方案采用交流变频调速驱动系统、双逆变交流矩形波焊接电源、矩形波交流电弧的弧长自动调节系统、可编程控制(PLC)为主控器的焊接程序控制系统等。并分析了在新的焊接条件下适应控制自动焊主要工艺参数对焊接质量的影响。

| Abstract: | The adaptable control TIG automatic welding system for large-size astronautics container circumferential was introduced in this paper. The speed change driving system of alternating current frequency conversion, alternating current rectangular wave welding current, the automatic arc length regulating system of rectangular wave alternating current arc and programmable language controller were adopted in the device. The effect of the major welding technology parameters of the new device was also analyzed. |
