Abstract: | ![]() The principles of construction and algorithms for processing informative signals of the aerometric system for measuring low helicopter airspeeds are considered; a stationary spherical pitot tube was used to record the angular position and parameters of the resultant incoming airflow from the main rotor vortex column. The aerodynamic and kinematic distortions introduced by an induced vortex column flow and helicopter rotation are taken into account. |
