舵面热模态试验技术研究

摘    要:介绍一种改进的热模态试验方法,采用振动台基础激励技术和激光测振仪非接触测量方法,对舵面的热模态特性进行测试,获得了一阶弯曲频率和扭转频率随加热时间和温度的变化规律,该技术具有较好的应用价值.

Abstract:This paper introduces an improved method for thermo-modal test.By using vibration shaker tables to provide a driven-base excitation and laser vibrometer to make non-contact vibration measurement,the rudder had been developed thermo-modal test successfully.Variation characteristics of first bend and torsion frequency along with thermal load have been obtained.The technology has achieved good results and with great value.
