摘    要:隔离boost变换器在应用于有隔离要求的单级功率因数校正和双向DC/DC变换器方面得到广泛关注。针对隔离推挽boost变换器和隔离全桥boost变换器各自固有的缺陷,本文提出一种新颖的隔离boost变换器,它具有开关管电压应力低,没有变压器单向磁饱和问题。该变换器可以实现交错并联双管正激电路所有开关管零电压开关,明显提高了功率密度。文中详细地介绍了其原理和工作过程,并进行了仿真研究。作者设计的500W原理样机,验证了该电路拓扑的特性。

Abstract:The isolated boost converter is attractive in applicatio ns such as single stage power factor correction with isolation requirement and b i-directional DC/DC converters. A novel isolated interleaving two-transistor forward boost converter is proposed based on the inherent limitations of isolate d push-pull boost converter and isolated full-bridge boost converter. This con verter has less switch voltage stress, and has no transformer saturation. In all switches, zero wltage switching can be obtained which can apparently improve th e power density. Its operating principle and working process are described. At l ast, a 500 W prototype is built and tested to verify the characteristic of the c onverter.
