Exploration into Practice of Teachers ethics Construction in Institutions of Higher Learning With Xi＇an Aeronautical Polytechnic Institute as the Example

Teachers ethics construction is an important part of teacher contingent construction of institu- tions of higher learning. Based on works done by Xi＇an Aeronautical University, and embarking on ideolog- ical theory construction, regulation and system improvement, and learning-oriented organization creation, the article explores the long-term mechanism of teachers＂ ethics construction, and promotes the in-depth development of teachers＂ ethics construction.
