| 摘 要： | 以2013年我院教师思想状况滚动调查问卷调查结果和座谈情况为依据,对在当前的社会环境、文化环境下,我院教师思想状况呈现出的现状和趋势进行了分析,对思想状况的产生原因进行了剖析,并提出了改进思想状况的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the results and panel discussion of rolling questionnaire investigation into the ideological status of our university＇s teachers in 2013,the article makes analysis on the status and trend of their ideology in the current social environment and cultural environment,elaborates on the reasons for such ideological status,and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of their ideological status. |
