X-cor夹层结构剪切性能

摘    要:研究了Pin植入角、直径对X-cor夹层结构剪切强度、模量的影响,并同泡沫夹层结构进行对比。结果表明:Pin对X-cor夹层结构的纵向剪切强度、模量的增强效率很高,而对X-cor横向剪切性能的增强作用相对可忽略;Pin对X-cor夹层结构纵向剪切性能的增强效率随Pin植入角的减小而降低。

Abstract:The influence of Pin's angle and diameter on X-cor's shear strength and modulus was experimentally studied and compared with foam sandwich structure. The results show that Pin can obviously improve the longitudinal shear strength and modulus of X-cor sandwich structure, while the reinforcing effect on X-cor's transverse shear property can be relatively ignored.The efficiency of Pin reinforcing X-cor's longitudinal shear property decreases as Pin's angle decreases.
