涡轴发动机端齿连接结构接触状态分析

摘    要:为了研究涡轴发动机端齿连接结构接触状态变化的发生机理及规律,根据涡轴发动机端齿连接的结构特征、受力分析和考虑滑移的切向接触受力原理,确定了端齿连接结构齿面接触状态的影响因素;并通过有限元分析方法,研究了齿面接触状态的变化规律。计算结果表明:转速和轴向压紧力对接触状态有重要影响;转速越高,则齿面接触区域变小,接触应力和滑移距离变大;轴向压紧力越大,则齿面接触区域越大,接触应力和滑移距离也越大;而摩擦系数对接触状态的影响不明显。研究结果对端齿连接高速转子的结构设计提供了一定的技术指导。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanismand law of contact state change of curvic-coupling of turboshaft engine rotor, the influencingfactors of contact state for curvic -coupling joint structure were determined according to the structure characteristics, mechanicscharacteristics, and force principle of tangential contact considering sliding, and the changing rule of contact state for curvic-coupling wasstudied by finite element analysis method. The calculating results indicate that revolving speed and axial preload have important effects oncurvic-coupling contact state; the greater the revolving speed is, the smaller the contact area is, and the greater the contact stress andsliding distance are; the greater the axis preload is, the greater the contact area is, and the greater the contact stress and sliding distance are;and the influence of friction coefficient on contact state is not obvious. The study results provide technical guidance of structure design forrotor with curvic-coupling.
