一级涡轮盘腔内流体速度场的研究

摘    要:用粒子成像(PIV)的方法测量了一级涡轮盘腔内流体的速度场,介绍了试验装置、试验方法,并给出了速度场的瞬时值和平均值,分析了不同冷却气体流量对速度场的影响。在冷却流量较小的情况下,腔内的速度场主要由粘性力决定,并有外流入侵现象发生;在冷却流量较大的情况下,腔内流场由冷气流动的惯性决定,由于存在涡的缘故,在某一半径处流动发生了分离。

Abstract:Instantaneous and ensemble-average velocity field in rotor stator cavity of gas turbine was measured by PIV method. Experimental study was undertaken to investigate the influence of secondary flow on velocity. Viscous effects at lower coolants flow rates dominated flow in the cavity and ingestion was observed. At higher coolant flow rates study, flow field was characterized by inertial regime. Flow was separated due to vortex in the cavity.
