| 摘 要： | 信息资源整合是一项系统工程。对信息资源整合的内涵和外延提出了新的观点 ,并从信息资源的管理层面、加工层面和服务层面论述了信息资源整合的必要性和具体实施方法 ,提出成立图书情报联合体、设立全国信息资源管理委员会、一注一卡、成立编审编目中心等设想。

| Abstract: | The integration of information resources is a system project. This paper promotes some new ideas about the connotation and extension of the integration of information resources. It analyses the necessity and concrete implementing methods about the integration of information resources from the angles of management, processing and service. This paper also puts forward the conceptions of setting up library information integration and the center of editing and cataloging, establishing information resources management committee, one registration and one card,etc. |
