| 摘 要： | 选用氨基树脂和丙烯酸树脂混合体系为基料,聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇为阻燃体系,钛白粉和硅石粉为颜填料,制备超薄型钢结构防火涂料,并研究了基料、阻燃体系、颜填料用量对防火涂料防火性能的影响。研究表明:混合基料树脂占30%(质量分数,下同),其中m(氨基树脂):m(丙烯酸树脂)=3:1;阻燃体系占32%,其中m(聚磷酸铵):m(三聚氰胺):m(季戊四醇)=2:1:1;颜填料占10%时制得的防火涂料防火性能最佳。
