摘 要: | 大口径光栅是激光核聚变啁啾脉冲放大装置的核心元件,拼接方式是获得大口径光栅的有效途径。本文提出一种宏/微结合的并联驱动式光栅拼接装置和有轴式旋转调整装置,角度调整精度可以达到0.2μrad,平动调整精度可以达到10nm。采用有限元方法对啁啾脉冲放大装置的动态特性进行分析,并使用动态信号分析仪对装置的动态特性进行测量,结果表明放大装置的一阶固有频率可达30Hz。

Experimental on Dynamic Performance of Laser Nuclear Fusion Chirped Pulse Ampliifcation Adjusting Device |

Abstract: | Large aperture grating is the key component of laser nuclear fusion chirped pulse ampliifcation device, and grating tiling is an effective approach to meet the large size requirement. A device with a macro-micro dual drive parallel mechanism of grating tiling and axis rotating adjusting structure is designed, its adjusting range can reach millimeter level and the adjusting precisions of angel and translation are 0.2 rad and 10nm respectively. Finite Element Method is adopted to analyze the dynamic response characteristics of the chirped pulse ampliifcation device, dynamic Signal Analyzer is also used to analyze the dynamic response characteristics, and the result shows that the ifrst natural frequency reaches up to over 30Hz. |
