基于模糊FMECA的管制内话系统风险分析

摘    要:管制内话系统,作为民航区域管制的主要设备,对管制工作的正常进行起着至关重要的作用,但随着系统的广泛使用,故障的发生也在不断增加.采用故障模式、影响与危害性分析(Failure Modes Effect and Criticality Analysis,FMECA)和模糊综合评价法相结合的方法对管制内话系统进行了风险分析,弥补了传统的FMECA定量分析环节薄弱的缺陷,使分析结果更加准确可信.根据最后计算得出的风险值可以确定系统中影响安全的薄弱环节,为系统的运行和维护提供参考依据.

Abstract:Telephone communication system,as the main equipment of the civil aviation area control,plays an important role in control normal work,but with the wide use of the system,the occurrence of failure is also increasing.We choose FMECA method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to realize the risk analysis of telephone communication system,this method is applied to improve traditional FMECA to quantitative analysis, making the results more accurate and credible.The results show that this method can find out the safety weakness in system by analysis the risk value,which provides reference basis for system operation and maintenance.
