基于Hyperworks的航空机轮模态分析

摘    要:为了得到整体航空机轮的主要振型及频率,本文采用CATIA、Hyperworks建立了机轮刹车一体化模型。结果表明机轮中轮毂、刹车盘、刹车壳体中存在轴向、径向等横向振动,以及垂直于轴向的弯曲振动。本文使用Hypermesh划分了机轮的高质量网格,采用RBE2单元进行接触建模。利用Opti Struct模块进行模态分析,得到机轮的前10阶模态振型。阐明了固有频率、振型和激振力对机轮刹车效率、结构强度刚度等的影响。

Aircraft Wheel Mode Analysis Based on Hyperworks
Abstract:In order to obtain the main mode and frequency of the overall aircraft wheel, the integrated model of wheel brake is established based on the CATIA and Hyperworks. The results show that there are axial and radial vibration in the wheel, brake disk and shell, as well as the bending vibration perpendicular to the axial direction. Hypermesh was used to mesh the high quality grid of the wheel and use the RBE2 unit to model the contact. Using the OptiStruct module to perform modal analysis, the first 10 mode modes of the wheel are obtained.
