| 摘 要： | 接触角是表征液体对固体润湿程度的重要参数,本文采用基于Matlab计算软件的图像分析法测量液滴接触角。首先使用图像增强、去噪、锐化手法对CCD采集到的液滴图像进行预处理;再运用Canny多阶段优化算子提取液滴轮廓线;最后以多项式为拟合框架,获得了接触角稳定状态下液滴轮廓区间和接触角测量结果。本文为接触角测量技术提供了一种有效实用的方法。

| Abstract: | Contact angle is one of the important parameters in judging the level of wetting ability of liquid to solid.A method called droplet image analyzing which used Matlab is introduced in this paper.Firstly,original images are acquired with CCD camera and pre-processed by image enhancement,image de-noising and image sharpening technologies.Secondly,the Canny optimization operator is applied to extract the droplet＇s contour.Finally,the contact angle was acquired by curve fitting.A novel method was provided for measurements of contact angle. |
