摘    要:VLBI观测技术可以用于对深空航天器的跟踪定位以及测速观测.这类近距离天体发出的射电信号波前是球面波.为此,本文提出了一个1ps精度下近距离射电天体地面VLBI观测时间延迟模型.

Abstract:When the general VLBI time delay model is appied for the observations of theodo obects in the solar system the systematical errors will be introduced. This kindof errors is estimated for both of the groun and space VLBI. In order to solve thisproblem. a new hme delay model with 1ps of Precision is suggested in BS for thenear radio obectS observed by the Earth's ground surface VLBI sites. Also, thepossibility for this model is analyzed.
