六端口微波测量技术

摘    要:六端口技术是从70年代初发展起来的一项新的微波自动测量技术。经过十多年来各国科技工作者的研究、实践,无论在理论上,还是在系统构成、误差分析等方面均趋于成熟。该技术目前已广泛应用于微波计量、安全防护和工业在线检测诸部门。由六端口网络组成的自动网络分析仪,可望成为技术性能高的自动测试系统。本文分四个部分,系统地介绍了六端口技术的发展及其在微波测量中的应用;几种常用六端口结的组成及其设计准则;六端口自动网络分析仪的校准及其测量方法,以及如何评定六端口网络分析仪不确定度等问题,供从事微波计量测试及有关人员参考。

Abstract:The Six-port technique has grown to be a new microwave automatic measurement technique from 70 generation.After research and practice of scientific work- ers of each country in ten years more,the six-port technique is tending towards a ripe measurement technique in theory or in system construction and error analysis.Today,this technique has used extensively in departments of microwave measurement,safety protect and industrical on-line testing.It is expected,that an automatic network analyzer com- posed of the six-port networks can be developed into an automatic measurement system with high performance. In this paper,the six-port technique is introducted in four chapters,including the de- velopment of six-port technique and its application in microwave measurement,composi- tion and design criterions of several six-port juctions in common use,calibration and measurement methods of six-port automatic network analyzer and how to determine the uncertainty of six-port network analyzer.
