基于复合材料机翼刚度的铺层自由尺寸优化分析

摘    要:复合材料层合板的优化设计对于提高飞机结构承载能力具有巨大的潜在意义,自由单元尺寸优化技术是对复杂的复合材料结构进行优化的有效方法。本文从复合材料机翼翼盒的翼尖刚度控制出发,对机翼壁板铺层进行了自由尺寸优化设计分析。研究表明:在给定的机翼翼尖变形约束下,自由单元尺寸优化方法能够快速准确地设计机翼翼盒的复合材料铺层比例和厚度,寻找到最优的主传力路径布置,以及获得最小重量目标。

Abstract:The optimization design of composite lay-up is of important significance for increasing the bearing capability of aircraft structure.Free-size optimization technology is the effective method to optimize composite structure.Based on the research of composite wing-box stiffness constraint,the wing panel lay-up is analyzed by the method of free-size optimization in this paper.The results show that in the given deformation constraint of wing tip the composites ply ratio and thickness of wing-box can be designed quickly and accurately,the optimized main force transmission path can be found,and the minimum weight is achieved by the free-size optimization.
