发动机研制中可靠性工作的总体思路和方法研究

摘    要:结合当前我国发动机型号研制中可靠性工作存在的问题,本文论述了航空发动机研制中可靠性工作应把握的总体思路和方法。通过对航空发动机通用规范中可靠性工作条款内容的分析,提出了发动机可靠性应以确定型号研制规范和研制过程中的故障归零工作为重点的具体建议,着重指出必须加强从事发动机一线设计工程技术人员的可靠性工作理念和掌握基本的理论方法,发动机的可靠性才能从根本上得到保证。

Abstract:Focused on the question of reliability work in the stage of engine development in our country,the general concept and method for reliability works on engine developing are described.By analyzing the reliability terms in aircraft engine general specification,the specific recommendation is proposed that engine reliability works should be given priority to confirming the engine model specification and correcting the malfunction on engine development.Only by establishing the working philosophy of reliability and mastering the basic theory and method for engine designers,can the reliability of engine be guaranteed fundamentally.
